I have very fond memories of pushing the printer in my Dad's office to its absolute limit in a bid to make sure our first edition of "Endeavour", the school newspaper, made it out.

Peter Fowler MBE, a visionary newspaper publisher who played a pivotal role in the evolution of regional news across the north, has passed away.
