When I'm browsing my feed, there are many times I come up with responses that would be hilarious if only I knew the person well enough for them to know I wasn't trying to make internet points OFF of them, but WITH them. I never want anyone to feel hurt or used because of my jokes.
The only things worse than most modern Democrats is every modern Republican. Grow a fucking spine and do something to actually make a difference.

Sean commissioned me way back to create a buncha monsters for his game. I've shown some of those before, but I've doubled them since then.

He's a swell guy to work with and shows off what he's working on frequently on discord. You should give his kickstarter a follow if the style interests you.

My 70+ mother is headed to a protest. She’s an artist, does a lot of very meticulous still lifes. She texted me that she was worried her sign didn’t look enough like Trump.

A Trump administration insider has leveraged a 50x Bitcoin and Etherium position bought just hours prior to the admin announcing their strategic crypto reserve into millions.

Remember that crime is no longer illegal in the United States and when this administration ends they will all be pardoned.

One of the hardest things about being a solo developer is avoiding the urge to start tweaking the appearance of a project before the features are even set in clay, much less stone. It can be an enormous waste of time. But maybe get a font or sketch a logo, as a treat. #gamedev #indiedev

old Soviet joke for our times:

Guy stops by the newsstand every day, scans the front page, doesn’t buy the paper. One day the vendor asks what he’s up to.

Guy says: “looking for an obituary.”

Vendor says “those are towards the back of the paper, comrade.”

Guy says: “not the one I’m looking for.”

If DOGE is a federal agency, it can’t shield its records from the public.

If it’s not an agency, then its tens of millions of dollars in funding weren’t legally allocated and should be returned, some contend.
DOGE’s Millions: As Musk and Trump Gut Government, Their Ax-Cutting Agency Gets Cash Infusion
The Department of Government Efficiency is funded — and acts — like a federal agency. But the White House has shielded DOGE from the rules that govern such agencies, ProPublica found as it examines…

This is the way. The French have also got a good lock on how to fight for your rights.
Huge mobilisations taking place right across Greece today, as workers bring capitalism to a standstill in a breathtaking #generalstrike. Only workers have the power to stop the bosses. This is what solidarity looks like

"Will"? People have been insulted and threatened and assaulted by bigots in public for decades for speaking languages other than English.
The Trump White House has announced Trump's plans to issue an EO making English the official language of the U.S.
In its nearly 250-year history, the U.S. has never had a national language at the federal level.
The claim is that it is to support unity.

My current car has no touch screens and I will not buy any car that has one. It's unsafe and impractical.
Next year, the EU will require cars to have buttons & dials -- not just touchscreens -- to get a top safety rating.

This is a great move. Drivers can fiddle with knobs & buttons without taking their eyes off the road, but they can't do that with touchscreens.

(Even better: Tesla will hate this)
Cars will need fewer screens and more buttons to earn five-star safety rating in Europe
Euro NCAP will release new testing guidelines in 2026.

I've been meaning to rewatch Heist (2001). RIP Gene Hackman. You know someone is an incredible actor when objectively they just look like some random schlub, bald and a bit chubby even, and yet they consistently make great movies, steal scenes, and win awards.

The worst thing about where I live is the fact that my address number is a bunch of 1s and 0s like a binary number, and my street name is long and uncommon and easy to misspell. I want to live on 123 Oak Street so I don't have to schedule extra time for my phone calls.

@godotengine.org If we're going to *have* to manage our files inside the Godot editor to keep the meta files straight, at least put the list of files being deleted in the confirmation dialog box instead of just this:
