Reality is just absurd now. Tathony house, where the former tenants were fighting eviction (Jack Power & I wrote articles about it at the time) is now being set up as homeless accommodation under the new owners (great reporting from Dub Inquirer team) www.dublininquirer.com/time-and-aga...
Time and again, long-term tenants evicted and their homes turned into homeless accommodation
A spokesperson for the Dublin Region Homeless Executive said its priority was “to ensure there is an adequate provision of accommodation for people experiencing homelessness”.

They're called public records for a reason. Starting today, WIRED will *stop paywalling* articles that are primarily based on public records obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, becoming the first publication to partner with @freedom.press to offer this for our new coverage.
Wired is dropping paywalls for FOIA-based reporting. Others should follow
As the administration does its best to hide public records from the public, Wired magazine is stepping up to help stem the secrecy

The entire staff of 60 Minutes should resign.

This would be a dangerous, historic act of cowardice. It requires an extraordinary, historic response.
