By picking tax lawyers and dentists to chair Antisemitism taskforces, universities are saying: expertise (in Jewish Studies) doesn't matter, scholarship (on Palestine/Israel) is of no use.

The reservation system is shut down, EMT personnel are gone, so don't get hurt or lost. No one can clean the bathrooms or cabins, so they'll be closed. Rangers are fired.

SB 1 and RFK Jr are two sides of the same coin - everything is just an opinion; academics and scientists are objectionable elites because they claim to know things; knowledge gives you no authority - the only hierarchies that should be respected are wealth, fame, and power.
