We worked for months with USAID to build an $85,000,000 project to end TB in two regions of the Philippines.
The project is funded by private money, the Philippine government, and matching USAID funds.

whenever i think about how much of our lives revolve around platforms built or controlled by petulant manchildren — dorsey, musk, zuckerberg, mullenweg, huffman — i feel a bit sad that this is how the internet looks today. it's just... weird, having grown up on the internet and seeing it now.
