I reviewed an ARC of Allosaurus in Wonderland by Jennifer Rossman, whom you may remember from Xitter:

“Picture Jurassic Park fused with Back to the Future like Jeff Goldblum as BrundleFly and you’re getting close.”

Dani Finn's review of Allosaurus in Wonderland and Other Tales of Avalonia
4/5: I received an ARC of this book, which did not influence my review. This loosely connected collection of time-travel tales is as bonkers as it is insightful. While at first the book seems to be a...

I hit 40k in my autumnal (gothic?) sapphic historical fantasy!

Random unedited quote:

“You shouldn’t leave your fire like that while out.” The gruff voice belonged to Mr Hackney – Lyra would remember it anywhere. It was like the dry scratch of boney fingers inside a coffin lid.

They ate the flower entirely, moved to the cosmos and made a new plump friend.

Oh but to be a moth caterpillar sleeping safely in a flower that was moved inside to rescue it from winter's frosty grasp 😌

This is such a fun one for me.

Some MC's have never seen a body of water larger than a bathrub(Merlon, River in the Galaxy) and don't know what a fish is.

And then there's Lilje Damselfly, who's literally a water nymph and is in tune with and can sense water all the time even as vapour in the air.
Greetings, #NovemberWorldbuilders! Let's talk about your MC today. What is their relationship with water like? Do they know how to swim? Have they ever caught a fish? Or is it just something that gets in the way during their long journey? Maybe they've never *seen* a body of water so big

From my current WIP. Gothic historical fantasy w. a sapphic romance(and a cute terrier named Geoffrey)

New graphic, since I now have 7 books in this series!

You can read the bottom without those on the top row and vice versa.

Which have you read so far? Perfect for those who loved Treasure Planet or thought Pirates of the Caribbean should have been in space 🏴‍☠️

Have you started my *completed* trilogy yet?

A character focused plot, and a queer normative world but this trilogy (and bonus novella) isn't for the faint of heart!

Read it in KU or add the gorgeous paperbacks to your shelf!

It's the perfect read for something cosy and melancholic with a hint of those warm days of spring where the birds sing and the breeze is gentle.

Available in KU or as a gorgeous paperback or hardback!
