Yeah, this sort of thing seemed inevitable, the Gizmoplex era just never nailed down a workable business plan. And the Company Formally Known as Shout had been pretty good to the brand, so it'll probably be okay. Still, sad day to see MST3K no longer belonging to any of the people who made it.

Namiki just shared a neat tidbit on their work on Bomb Jack Twin: the title screen music was based on a track they wrote for their MSX2-made demo tape, which they've uploaded here—before playing this tape for NMK, they submitted it to Westone (then home to childhood friend Jun Watanabe), to no avail

My experience with that show was a kid who was briefly in my high school class being obsessed with that show and nothing else. He got expelled his first year because he sucker punched a kid straight in the back of the head and concussed them.

Funny thing is that this game sold way better in the US iirc and was part of why Yuke's got more involved with WWF
