I set up a Throne page for myself. Right now it's stuff that would be useful for Bad Game Hall of Fame streams in one way or another, but maybe I'll expand it to art supplies or other things like that in the future.

The final episode of our "Kursed Kart Racers" series is up now on YouTube! Tune in for the culmination of having played nearly 200 kart racing games, the realization that 90% of them suck, and the promise that we will never do this to ourselves again. www.youtube.com/watch?v=5y3n...

This dude managed to score one high-profile (?) developer interview in his time running his YouTube channel, and allowed that moment to set him on a path towards completely annihilating his own public reputation as a commentator and game developer -- all for Kurosawa's personal approval.
February 8, 2026 at 9:51 AM
Hilarious that this dude scored an interview with Kowloon Kurosawa - a self-professed racist / generally unsavory provocateur - and from that moment forward, apparently became so smitten with the man, that he decided making a sequel to Hong Kong 97 was somehow a good idea. Helluva wagon to hitch on.
February 8, 2026 at 9:51 AM
Would like to take this moment to laugh at @ultrahealthy.bsky.social for getting mad about people [rightfully] calling out his deliberately offensive, AI-asset laden, altogether ill-advised sequel to 'Hong Kong 97' as the piece of trash it is. Wasn't that what you were going for in the first place?

You'll have to tune in for the next / final episode (at least before our Vergil DLC playthrough) to hear us sum up our collective thoughts on what went wrong, but lemme say this for now:

If one more person comes in just to reference the ultimately unimpressive "Fox News boss fight," I'll snap lol
February 7, 2026 at 1:53 AM
This episode is really good actually (TBQH IMHO) for getting into the nitty gritty of why DmC just doesn't work: The "impressive" level designs fall apart at our slightest scrutiny, the combat progression really gets to show its flaws, and the already awful narrative plays its most grotesque stunt.
Episode three of our 'DmC: Devil May Cry' playthrough is up now on YouTube! In which we are forced to pivot from a laugh-a-minute commentary romp to a deeply critical breakdown of bad taste shock moments on a goddamn dime. www.youtube.com/watch?v=OuIR...

Might also happen to feature one of the shortest "levels" ever seen in a video game?

'Mottomo Abunai Deka' released on this day in 1990.

Micronics' take on the 'Rolling Thunder' gameplay formula, by way of a buddy cop television license. Featuring all the developer's trademarks; including frequent slowdowns, constant flicker, and altogether half-baked gameplay.

Our ten year anniversary spectacular is up now on YouTube! In which we once again battle revisionist history around E.T. on the VCS, play several games far worse than the supposed "worst game of all time," and reminisce on those days spent writing over-long articles. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z4tE...

Needless to say, this stream got a little out of hand -- going on for a truly exhausting NINE HOURS. (Finally: An episode of the show to match how overly-long our written articles were!) But we ultimately cover all the ground we'd ever wanna cover about the writing grind, including our exit from it.

'Pole's Big Adventure' released on this day in 2009.

Sega's WiiWare send-up of Famicom-era platformers, complete with faux running commentary in the style of Japanese television wipes. A love letter to esoteric game mechanics, sometimes at the deliberate expense of playability.

We sincerely hope that folk will tune in to this one, as we not only play a whole bunch of wretched games, but look back on ten years of this goofy little project. We'll be providing insights into how it got started, highlight some of our favorite articles, and maybe even dish on some juicy drama!

'The Wacky World of Miniature Golf' released on this day in 1993.

Mini golf comes to the Philips CD-i, courtesy of comedian Eugene Levy. A zany course is played by means of simple three-directional input, but requiring near frame-perfect timing to see your ball toward the holes.

'Paris-Dakar Rally Special!' released on this day in 1988.

Ostensibly a racing game designed around the real-life Paris-Dakar Rally; ISCO's odd Famicom cart takes things in the direction of a punishing minigame collection, complete with underwater and car combat segments.
