Why does every single picture of Steven Miller look like a promotional glossy teasing the psychotic serial killer of the week on an episode of "Criminal Minds"?
Democrat Senators: "I can't wrap my head around how the guys who eat live puppies are still eating live puppies even after we told them eating live puppies was bad, and they PROMISED to consider eating fewer live puppies, but now if anything they are eating MORE live puppies!"

Democrats who won't fight when we are facing literal fascism aren't ever going to fight. We just had a great show of strength, and the leadership is all "No, man, don't worry, we're still really weak." Maybe when Republicans start rounding them up and putting them in jail they'll reconsider.

Republicans have risen to absolute power by betting on Democrats being credulous chumps and insisting on believing they are dealing with a GOP that hasn't existed in over a decade. How many times does Lucy have to thank the ball before we stop believing she'll do anything else?

I guarantee you, Trump does not know the limitations on his pardon power, and when he finds out that he has not pardoned state crimes, and in fact CAN'T, he's going to have a shit fit, write an EO that says he can and get SCOTUS to rubber stamp it.
Pardoning your co-conspirators to own the libs!
Most of their charges are state charges, so this doesn’t actually help them. It’s gross, but it doesn’t really move the needle.

The reason people think the Democratic Party doesn't actually stand for anything is because it doesn't.

Schumer either perpetrated this or was not strong enough to stop it. These are the only two possible choices, and in either case he needs to step out of leadership.
So @schumer.senate.gov really thinks we don’t understand that he orchestrated this by getting senators not up for re-election to vote yes?

When people start dying of totally treatable conditions and diseases, you can look at this chart and see who caused their deaths. No hyperbole intended.

She is a coward and a liar. @shaheen.senate.gov thinks voters are stupid...but we are not stupid. We have seen this game before and Dems lose every time.
These Democrats are co-conspirators with Trump and the GOP to deprive millions of Americans affordable access to healthcare.

Democratic leadership is a hot pile of rich, privileged garbage, unable to meet the historical moment, or even comprehend it. The attitude seems to be "These are difficult times, but I will be fine, which means everyone will be fine because I literally cannot imagine the lives of my constituents."

Kyle Kingsbury is not a journalist. He is not an op-ed writer.
He is a computer safety researcher.
And he has written one of the most compelling, comprehensive accounts of the ongoing hell in Chicago that you could possibly imagine.

So now Li'l Mike Johnson has to call the House back. If I had to guess, he's gonna be way too busy to swear in Adelita Grijalva, and that she's just going to have to wait until he can fit it into his busy, busy schedule.

I've looked at all the details of this deal to end the shutdown reached by a small group of Senate Democrats. I've talked to a number of friends on the Hill to see if there's anything I'm missing. Sadly, I am not.
This is a shit deal. It's a betrayal. It's cowardice.

How about we shut down the government for this very popular and specific goal and then, hear me out, we hold out for like a month and a half and then, ok this part is important, after a watershed election where we ran the table, ONLY THEN, fold and don't get the one thing we said we wanted.

Maybe I’m late to this realization, but it just hit me…
What are the odds that Speaker Johnson calls the House back for a CR vote with the Epstein files still hanging over his head?
Those 8 Dems might have hung themselves out to dry and risked being primaried for nothing.

Ok, but let’s just say that TACO actually is a Russian asset (which is likely confirmed by the Epstein files),
isn’t crashing the U.S. economy EXACTLY what he’s supposed to do?
I mean…don’t his actions more clearly demonstrate an intent to harm the United States, than to actually lead it?
