ISDS sucks.
Big business is trying to restore NAFTA’s corporate courts. They want the U.S. to give companies more power to challenge governments.

ISDS hurts communities and undermines environmental and public health rules. The USMCA review should dismantle ISDS completely, not revive it.

Hey everybody, let's ignore that dumb op-ed by Matt Yglesias and instead focus on something great that was released today: the annual CLIMATE DENIERS report!

Back in college, bunch of us drank too much then decided to go see Hannibal. I fell asleep almost immediately but was startled awake for an extremely grotesque scene I’d rather not explain.

Flip side… seeing Avengers Endgame opening night at 1am was a blast. Place was cheering and crying.
Raising the always fun question: What are your most memorable theater-going experiences?

Mine also include The Matrix, Blair Witch, and being way too stoned in Belgium when Fellowship of the Ring was sold out so we sat in the back row for Mulholland Drive instead.
It was hands-down one of the most memorable theater-going experiences I can remember, a collective 30-minute butt-clench/armrest-grab for the final climb. And we knew he lived! Wild.

Once again I am apologizing to you on behalf of the US, Chris…
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Wheez, choke. You think getting a solar, wind, gas, coal, *anything* plant or transmission unit permitted is hard??? Probably the last new hydro plant in 🇨🇦 outside Quebec has been built, but some can up-powered. Rain & snow supply is becoming highly variable too.

(Side note: I swear a bit more often than once a decade.)
I swear maybe once a decade in public, and this is the moment. This fucking racist and all the gibbering racists nodding along behind him are the ruination of our country. Our fucking job for the next fucking year is to fucking destroy them in the next election. Fuck them.
Trump, continued: "What the Somalian people have done to Minnesota is not even believable. It’s not even believable. And a lot of it starts with the governor. A lot of it starts with Barack HUSSEIN Obama, because that’s when people started coming in... They want to kiss our country good night."

This is the CEO of US Steel saying it will run its coal-based facilities into the ground and leave for non-union states, rather than reinvest in cleaner technologies in the towns that birthed the steel industry. Shameful legacy.

THE DWEEBS ARE WRONG.
