This actually already exists but it’s a rebooted spinoff that was supposed to be in theaters but was moved to streaming, but then got shelved as a tax write off.
The only way they’d make a movie about the last 8 years is if there were already a movie so they can do a remake or a sequel about the last 8 years
Almost every day for 8 years I’ve thought “god damn it, they’re gonna make a movie about today!” And that fuckin sucks wieners
