A first step, sure. But there’s usually only 150 in the entire state. This drawdown means there will still be around 2,300 (15x the normal amount) unaccountable federal agents roaming our streets.

What's tough to get across to folks outside MN is that both the occupation & everyday resistance are both happening at such a scale that it's kinda flipped a lot of what most would assume makes sense for precautions or 'opsec'. Everything from spicy stuff to mundane have different rules than before

Predicting that this week we’ll hear more conciliatory words from the Administration regarding Minnesota (since they’re starting to realize that ICE has become politically toxic) but everyone outside of Minnesota needs to know that nothing on the ground has changed.

Proud to earn the endorsement of Patriotic Millionaires.

When even millionaires are saying the system is rigged, it’s clear we need a complete overhaul to rebuild an economy that rewards hard work and creates opportunity for all Americans.

I'm a little annoyed that the Jan 30th strike seems to use the exact same language/framing as last week's and does not appear to have any of the same organization. From what I can tell labor was not involved at all. Kind of shitty that all these businesses have to say explicitly: we're not closing

I don't think Jesse Welles is the next Dylan or that 'Join ICE' is fine art but I do think it's okay to be angry and funny and sad without knowing how to fix it.

Homan said ICE is going to stay until "the problem's gone," which means they're never leaving because they are the problem. Just more propaganda trying to make the criminal regime appear "legit" and make it look like they're not the problem.

Not remotely good enough.
Set up an independent commission to investigate ICE crimes
SCHUMER says Democrats are “united” behind three DHS reforms

1/ End roving patrols; tighten the rules on warrants and require ICE to coordinate with local authorities.

2/ Enforce accountability; a uniform code of conduct.

3/ Require masks off, body cameras on, agents carry ID.

Hey @epmurphymn.bsky.social we needed you or Peggy to run for governor and we're sending her to the Senate, so...

I don't have time or money but I will donate and volunteer for your campaign somehow. Let's do this.

RAND PAUL: If a country bombed our air defense missiles, captured & removed our president, & blockaded our country, would that be considered an act of war?

RUBIO: We just don't believe this operation comes anywhere close to the constitutional definition

Right now, Democrats have the power to defund and abolish ICE. We should do it. This is about right and wrong—and the murder we are seeing on the streets is just plain wrong. Anyone who supports funding DHS and ICE is supporting the murder of Americans. We can stop this.

nothing has changed in minneapolis except the public face of ICE your government will now put in front of you.

they didn’t demote bovino because it was the right thing to do, they did it because they’re scared of the public. they should be more scared.

This right here is glorifying to God. I'd take this over a 'worship band' concert any day of the week.
brass solidarity band performing “stand by me” in the streets of whittier next to alex pretti’s memorial. the crowd started chanting “the people united will never be defeated” so they incorporated it into the song. i love minneapolis

Dear neighbor, It is not the time to let your guard down, nor is it the time to stop organizing.

While Bovino will be leaving Minneapolis along with some U.S. Border Patrol agents, there is still no specific plan that has been communicated to the public. 1/
