Its part of them uniform they have 2 helmets. I feel for the Ukrainian and Ukraine utter sadness but there are 1,000's of other athletes following the same rules. People need to understand that instead of ripping other athletes getting caught up and no the Russians.

Right he has an official uniform that he must wear period that matches the rest of Ukraine.

It has nothing to do with that. Its about dress code. Every sport has a dress code including the Olympics. Every country has an official uniform. There are 1,000's of athletes competing you can't allow one to break rules over the rest.

That Italian snowboarder was wearing flags of the Olympic games he competed in including Soshi. He was asked to get another helmet or take them off.

Ugh! I would not trust Witcuff or Jared. Trump will take any money and non to Ukraine to rebuild. Russia is desperate because Ukraine is gaining the upper ground. It is winning. Russia is running out of manpower & there is a tipping point where Ukraine can grab its lands back.

No its not. Now you are changing the subject and are totally different situations? There are rules in every sport to do with dress code. The Olympics is no different. I know you don't want to here it. What about the other athletes competiting they follow the rules but one person does not have to?

Dude you are silly. I am for Ukraine always have been so this sounds like what the Israelis say when they don't like something. It has nothing to do with Ukraine - What stops another athlete from putting Nazi memorial on their gear? football has a uniform.

When I competed in Judo I had a dress code: International only white Judo suits. Tee Shirt had to me plain white. Taped fingers only white. No shin pads. No markings anywhere. Those are the rules and you follow them to compete or get disqualified.

As any of you ever competed at the National and International level. Do you know what it's like? When you go to an event like the Olympics you just want to compete and not deal with the BS of the outside world. Someone bought this on the rest of the athletes how f&^king fair is that. Slava Ukraini!

It is called the Olympic games where there are many different countries competing not just one and with it rules to follow. We could have American athletes with Trump flags all over their uniform or Palestine flags. Where does it end? it ends at the beginning.

The inconsistencies are human when it comes to a neutral flag and polices/rules. This will be refined with every Olympics. The dress code again human errors but more straight forward. Most people vetting looking at dress code are volunteers at the Olympics with about a months training.

Not everyone is against Ukraine you know that right! If there are inconsistences in rules with the neutral flag then for sure they need to make changes. The neutral flag has only been in since around 2012 so yes some will abuse it like everything else, abuse rules.

I don't know the rules of the neutral flag. I do know they go through a vetting process and one of those is that there can be no support for the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Again and again. He was not just wearing a Russian flag. He was wearing all the flags of the Olympics he went to including Sochi? He was asked to remove them. I know Ukrainians are traumatized & will hate Russia for ever but the rest of the world loves Ukraine including this snowboarder by the way.

Things happen not because people hate Ukraine but because there is a lot going on at these events. Is the Russian not under a neutral flag? I do not agree with Russians being there and I don't know the situation.

Things slip in not because its a conspiracy but because humans are running the show it is easy to miss believe me I have worked the Olympics. If they favor 1 athlete it shows favoritism. There are 1,000's of athletes competiting that follow the same code.

I support Ukraine, however the Olympics has rules. There are 1000's of athletes competing what does it say when 1 athlete breaks the rules it is called favoritism. Ukraine plays football & adheres to the rules what is the difference here? No one is asking people to forget but respect all athletes.

First off it was many flags from all that athletes Olympics they had attended. The other they were told to take off the flags as it is not allowed.

I used to compete at the National level and I at to adhere to a dress code. The Olympics has such a code. There are hundreds of other athletes competing who also adhere to the rules. Ukraine plays football & adheres to the rules what is the difference here.
