A recent Windows update replaced the deterministic search on my Copilot+ laptop with an AI powered one. It sucked, so I figured out how to turn it off

For real, I couldn’t get it to turn back on to take screenshots even.

The Monkey's Paw curls and my Copilot+ PC's NPU is finally being used for something with Windows Semantic Search. Then I disable it. Permanently.

A common occurrence with trans men starting T is actually an increased calm.

Stop demonising trans men. Stop letting cis men get away with bad behaviour by blaming it on hormones.

There are so many reasons to be incandescently angry at the UK establishment's ongoing transphobia - but maybe one of the ones that sticks the most is the whittling down our visions for our own lives to (grudging) validation by cis people vs. suicide.

We are so much greater than this narrowness.
