harley the cat, brother of willow. he has similar grey-brown and dark striped fur, with white chest and feetsies to match. he is the densest object in the universe. harley the cat is attempting to escape out of the screen, nose-first. big thick whiskers.

cats for president
cat cat cat cat cat! a single black-and-white kitty struts towards the camera, strong late-afternoon sun is casting a stark shadow on the brick road. the cat looks just off from camera. it's leaning forward. black fur covers their head from the ears to around the cheeks, leaving the chasm of white fur between the eyes to join the majority of white fur over their maw down to the chest. there's a small dot of black fur on the nose and a soul patch on the chin. i ask for permission to engage, and the little catto pensively checks my hand. after some introductory scritches, this cat feels comfortable enough to rest back down on the sun-warmed brick.

unknowable thing
summoning an urban spirit of the earth from its slumber beneath a car. this cloudy little puffball runs rings around me, but i catch them briefly enough through a wisp of my hair annoyingly in-frame. the cat's coat is a wonderful black-ginger blend, large patches of subtle colours made vibrant by the afternoon sun. the cat looks away as i'm stroking them, there is a more definite calico pattern to their face and neck, clean white jaw and chest. sunlight continues to light the cat strongly behind an unfortunate amount of lens flare and glare.

photo of a beautiful grey striped cat, almost the colours of a snow leopard if applied to a tiger. the little fellow is just rising from a seated position, about to move to camera left a stout black and white cat, perched like a gargoyle on the inside end of a garden wall. it sees you. another black and white cat, this one seems to be a sibling of the previous. it SEES you. a tuxedo cat sat upright in the somewhat blurry distance, maintaining a healthy boundary.
