I believe, Nigel Farage and @ottoenglish.bsky.social that many of them speak Scots, some Gaelic, with a few Doric-speakers thrown in for good measure, not (I suspect) that Nigel would be aware of Scotland's long-standing status as a multilingual country.

I thought being heard before a jury of your peers was established as part of the Magna Carta?
I don’t mind giving the accused the option to go before a magistrate instead of a jury but it should be at the option of the accused.

I thought being heard before a jury of your peers was established as part of the Magna Carta?
I don’t mind giving the accused the option to go before a magistrate instead of a jury but it should be at the option of the accused.
