No. Damn near all Democrats unequivocally condemned his killing and oppose who he was & what he espoused. That’s not “trashing” him. That’s disagreeing with him. Btw, all the voices on the right USING his killing to attack the left and push a war between good & evil is way more “disturbing & scary.”

The guy who claims that Qatar gave us $1.2 trillion and Japan gave us $550 billion and the EU is giving us $700 billion as part of his “trade deals” fired the government statistician who reports employment numbers because he didn’t agree with them.

Hey MAGA:

Trump has not ruled out pardoning child sex trafficker Epsteins enabler Ghislaine Maxwell. Why? Cuz she knows things. A pardon would keep her from talking. A true warrior against trafficers would quickly say “Hell no”

This ok with you guys?

A corollary to this is that if you want people to be able to sit with this realization, it’s important to make them feel understood, not stupid. Providing an empathetic off-ramp (“that sucks that you were lied to”) is better than lecturing or shaming (“duh! how did you not see that?”) 2/

In my research on complicity one thing is clear: It is VERY hard for people to backtrack on rationalizations and self justifications, i.e., to admit they were wrong. People coming to a realization that they were scammed is a big deal; no one likes to admit they were fooled 1/

I don’t care what side of the aisle you’re on, the President of the United States even joking about revoking someone’s citizenship should be met with universal condemnation.

I don’t give a fuck right now where u stand on forgiving student loans, government-run grocery stores, or the Middle East. If u support freedom, democracy, the rule of law, & basic human decency, I’m with u. I’m in your tent. Wake the fuck up. We’re fighting fascism. NOTHING else matters right now.

Americans have been duped.

Every other advanced country has universal healthcare, universal education, paid family leave, paid maternity leave, at least 6 weeks paid vacation, living wages, and a commitment to green energy.

That’s how you make America great.

So do it. So let’s do it.

Yes, the two party duopoly is broken. I’ve been saying for years we need a 3rd & even a 4th political party. But @elonmusk is an utterly dishonest broker/divider/spreader of dangerous disinformation. Anyone joining him & his new “political party” should have their head examined.

Immigration is such a great thing for this country. Immigrants add so much to American life and to our economy. We need to greatly expand the number of immigrants we take in every year. We need to make it a hell of a lot easier & faster for immigrants to become American citizens.

This is not about the merits of Iran’s nuclear program. No president has the authority to bomb another country that does not pose an imminent threat to the US without the approval of Congress. This is an unambiguous impeachable offense.
