Three Baseless Taboos are Derailing National Renewal

BBC didn’t have to concede those points. I wouldn’t have been surprised by boilerplate ‘breaking news, we just give both sides’ rebuttal. Seen plenty of BBC correspondence over the years and tone of the email definitely chastened by standard of these things. Hope it has some lingering effect.

The IMF thinks the UK economy is heading for the worst decade since the 1920s.

Unless we get the government to act soon, the IMF will be right.

Nearly 50% of its workforce are on Universal Credit, receiving about £600m a year.

Why isn't Tesco paying?

Trump calling Cuba an “extraordinary threat” is another lie from a dangerous president.

Blocking all fuel supplies to Cuba is a war crime - the collective punishment of civilians.

The world must stand up to Trump’s tearing up of international law - which makes us all less safe.

We must defend UK democracy from Russian interference and the wider web of dirty money and misinformation which enables bad actors to undermine trust in politics.

The Elections Bill is crucial in addressing this - the govt must not delay it any further.

They hate it because of its potential.
