Das EuG hat am 1. Oktober einer Klage von BNetzA und Bundesrepublik gegen ACER (die EU-Agentur für die Zusammenarbeit der Energieregulierungsbehörden) stattgegeben. Formal ging es um die Frage, nach welchem Kriterien interne Netzelemente bindend für die Kapazitätsberechnung im FBMC sein dürfen.

Our German live-data fully-renewable electricity simulation deals with another dark wind lull (Dunkelflaute)! Because of repeated Dunkelflauten, the hydrogen storage is now down to 60% full. Will be exciting to see how much further it runs down this winter.
