Adam’s right. It’s more important than ever that our institutions defend First Amendment rights, and that means not firing teachers illegally whether their offense was “Go ICE” or saying something less than hagiographical about Charlie Kirk. Fewer people want to hear that in ugly times.

Oddly enough, the heavily Hispanic district didn’t appreciate him posting “GO ICE”.

My dad was a fine woodworker, hobbyist and much of it wasn’t my style, I kept the pieces I truly like and have enjoyed the other pieces for awhile and now I’m ready to release them. None of it easy
A couple of years after his death, I‘ve started trying to figure out my dad’s art collection. It’s mostly Japanese and Chinese but with some nice 20th-century plein air pieces of local mountains. It’s a mix of good and medium stuff.
