Ok so this hell site Twitter has pushed out a feature where anybody can directly alter any images/art with AI prompts. It is enabled by default with no known way of turning it off.
If you're an artist posting your art on Twitter, if there was any time to jump ship as an artist, it's probably now.

The more a product is advertised to me, the less I want it. In fact, if I can't escape ads for it, I actively hate it. The only ads that have ever worked on me are game trailers, and that's because I generally can experience them by choice and at my leisure. All other ads are just infuriations.

In an early session with my therapist, I expressed concern that I was manipulating people into liking me by being helpful to them, and she very patiently explained to me that this is, in fact, part of how genuine friendships work.
