I've never been one to take game reviews seriously, and I think it's because I can't trust most reviewers to be able to differentiate between "This game is not for me" and "This is not a good game."

I wouldn’t have even minded if they scored it lower than most other reviewers if they simply didn’t enjoy it but it feels incredibly tone deaf that they don’t at least understand that there is a clear appeal to it.

After 55 hours of gameplay in Age of Imprisonment, I’ve gotten one character’s weapon to level 20 and a total of zero others to 15.
Something tells me they did not test the endgame balance and the grind involved. Yeesh. Why did I do this to myself.
