Do you people have anything more interesting to suggest than blindly demanding power?
In honor of The Olympics, I strongly believe Chuck should pass the torch. Now.

Well Gonzales may be reassured to know that the two have basically nothing to do with each other whatsoever
Gonzales on Liam Ramos and his family: "They're not gonna qualify for asylum. So what do you do with all the people that go through the process and do not qualify for asylum? You deport them. I understand that 5-year-old and it breaks my heart. I also think, what about that 5-year-old US citizen?"

The Leftist need to have their sloth validated by politicians would be amusing if it weren't so pathetic
I still feel that Democrats are not feeling the full impact of our rage. @gallego.senate.gov suggests we wait until after the elections are stolen to have a national strike. @senatedemocrats.bsky.social give away their leverage by not shutting down the entire government. Give me a break.

Donald Trump burning bridges with FedSoc has not only slowed down confirmations of federal judges (26 in 2025, 7 in 2026 for a total of 33 judges confirmed so far), it has also slowed down the pace at which eligible Bush II appointees have been retiring!
He also has burned down the bridge with FedSoc, which has changed things as far as vetting candidates are concerned. But he only had 40 vacancies when he came into office and his candidates have been pretty resoundingly rejected. He's only got 26 rn iirc. Which is -crazy-
A massively under appreciated story of this congress is how senate Ds being aggressive both in confirmations under Biden as well as in gumming up the works on them under Trump that he's actually not gotten a ton of judges confirmed thus far

You don't think someone could defend Chuck Schumer for free? I would do it without question - he confirmed 235 of Biden's judges. You know, the ones stopping Trump's agenda right now? Remember that?
Now you're replying to other people's mentions.

Definitely Schumer's publicist.

You can ignore all the facts you want while claiming we are doing so, it's a free country. Bleat all you want from your high horse. I'll stick to what's important instead of writing paeans to the DNC.

Without Chuck Schumer, we don’t have recruits to run for Senate or 235 federal judges foiling Trump every turn
All right here goes

You don’t like Schumer or Jeffries, fine but what would someone else in their position be doing that they’re not? Because, Schumer is literally being called “unprecedented” by Wall Street Journal because of how effective he is.

Is this bad for Nevada Republicans?
Rep. Mark Amodei, who is the sole Republican in Nevada's congressional delegation, will not seek reelection. Calculations by The Downballot show that Donald Trump carried his constituency, which includes Reno and dark red rural communities, 56-42 in 2024. www.the-downballot.com/p/the-downba...
Mark Amodei will retire at the end of his term - The Nevada Independent
The congressman, who has served for a decade and a half, is the only Republican in Nevada’s delegation.
