October is done, and so is the challenge. Shamefully, it turns out I left in a wicked number of errors I should've caught. OH WELL. It was still tremendous fun participating in this, and in a format I am comfortable with to boot.

One of the producers on Guilty Gear Strive said it was basically impossible to source player feedback on balance changes online because nobody had original opinions and would just parrot what the most popular content creators said and so they had to rely on data and I think about that every day.

I should finally commit to learning how to draw if only to stop using existing assets for my videos.
It would make my life so much easier if I could just make whatever image would punctuate my point the best.
For now, I'll need to rely on images from the sourcebooks, and other media.

One of my favourite things about Frieren, one that I keep thinking back to, is how the story gives meaning to Himmel's introduction in the show.
There is this one scene in Episode 1 where the party is addressed. You know, "Himmel the hero, Eisen the Warrior, Heiter the Priest, Frieren the Mage".

This is a particularly bizarre anxiety to have about a character QUITE FAMOUSLY portrayed by half a dozen actors in 25 films across five decades with no concept of continuity until Craig's run where it made for a compelling change of pace. Cast a new actor! This problem is not real! No one cares!
