Musk sacked 80% of staff when he bought Twitter.

Bezos is sacking 14,000 people to replace with AI.

Microsoft are cutting 4.1% or jobs (9,100) to replace with AI.

Intel are cutting up to 25% or staff to replace with AI.

What's that about billionaires creating jobs?

Epstein was a monster, but monsters like him don’t operate alone.

They thrive inside networks built and protected by other powerful people.

And his death? There are gaps: missing footage, sleeping guards, broken cameras, zero transparency.

Something happened in that cell - probably not a suicide.

Oh, it's bad. Really bad for Donald Trump, but a win for the victims as they get closer to get some level of justice. It's also really bad for the NY Times. A paper that hammered Hillary Clinton and others when they ignored what their own reporters were doing.

In the last month, the FBI has charged players from two different leagues for roles in sports-betting scandals.

Either legalized gambling is exposing corruption that’s always been there.

Or it’s creating it.

Either answer is terrible for sports.

Blech.

Ortiz is a scrub. No big loss.

Clase is 3x All-star, arguably the best closer in the game. The Gs were about to trade him, since they're loaded in the pen. He would've brought a lot in return. Opportunity gone.

27 years old and soon to be banned for life. WTF? What a dick.

Franklin was no victim in how the DNA double helix was solved. An overlooked letter and an unpublished news article, both written in 1953, reveal that she was an equal player.
