Just spent the afternoon strolling through our old town. Spoke to every small shop owner on my way, listened to a lovely street performer, bought warm chestnuts at the market, visited an old church and lit a candle.

Was talking with @scopique.bsky.social about alternatives this morning. Stoat (formerly revolt) is very nice and is open source. Root is also very good but is closed source. Both have voice support. And both are well featured but have a lot of work to do to cover all the little things discord does

I am STILL in a recruiting process where I've already taken four interviews, the last was a 12 hour day of talks plus testing.

Many players don't know or realize this about Chrono Trigger but it's actually a majority female cast and there's other cool female characters in the game. And nobody had to talk about it or politicize it or push it - it just was. And it rocks to this day 👍
