People have been conditioned that all care labor has to happen inside the nuclear family/household and it’s somewhat taboo to ask for help to get laundry done or dishes or help with some cleaning or errands but distributing that labor around is good for everyone!

I’m seeing more and more Minneapolis/Minnesota people naming that they are burned out and I just hope people allow themselves to change their pacing from sprint to marathon or better yet, a relay.
