I now have more malt, champagne yeast, a lactic acid sour yeast, a new fermenter bucket, more sanitize powder, a new hydrometer, dried elderberries & elderflower, & they gave me a book about Lambic beer for free.
Gave them a sample of ginger-rose beer I made recently.

My uncle passed away.
