Update I am 5 chapters in to The Last Battle and I think it's slapping considerably harder since I'm coming fresh off TMN so I might have to modify this scheme slightly.
Slog might be a bit strong a word, but I generally agree. Right now I'm thinking my kids are going to hear them in chronological order, except for LWW.

I'm reading the Narnia series in publication order for the first time--somehow, having them read to me in chronological order when I was 5, and continuing to reread them on that order, didn't turn me into a career criminal. Shocking, I know. 1/

I don't know if I can be a Christian anymore. I may also be having some, shall we say, scary thoughts. And I'm going to tell this here to the void because I don't feel comfortable telling my immediate family, most of whom voted for this and are thus a big part of the reason for the scary thoughts.

Feeling cute. Thought I'd mention that it's apparently World Breast Pumping Day. In celebration of the drudgery involved in consistently producing 40+ ounces of milk/day I bought some cake on the way home from work.
