Started a new batch of 66% hydration pizza dough on Nov 4th, cold fermented for 72 hours then froze. Thawed one for tonight's dinner which turned out decent in the kitchen oven! Going to give it a go later this week in the Ooni Karu wood fired oven, higher heat should be good! 🍕 👍
