I fixed my toilet!!!!
The fill valve was shot. I know it's an easy fix and I've done it before, but I've reached an age where I'm starting to feel a tad hesitant about repair work that was simple when I was younger. Still, I'm not paying plumber money unless I f--- it.

Our calls & outrage are working! Sen Kaine, Rosen, Shaneen & Hassan said if they hear from more of their constituents, they could change their votes from a yes to a no. Rs may not be voting for this bill also, so call your R senators too. Keep the phone calls coming bc it’s working! 202-224-3121

I learn new stuff about Maine every day. Today I learned there are 34 plantations, each with a handful of voters, and they seem to oppose people being able to vote.
The Maine plantation is unique - it's not a farm, but rather a minor civil division, which is smaller than a town.

Today I finished the prototype 16th century mouse that is going to be on exhibition at the Kunstsammlungen der Veste Coburg for two years! This museum is a German castle that has one of the best preserved armour collections from the period. I am doing an edition of 12 if you’re interested in one.

I was laid off from Teen Vogue this week, alongside multiple other phenomenal team members.
At our Summit, I was asked how it felt to be 1 of 2 Black women left and what that meant for representation. Now, there are no Black women at Teen Vogue and that is incredibly painful to think about.
