I love the N. IL Food Bank and Sierra Club. BUT, I wish we lived in a country where they did not have to exist because the government ensured it's people had food and the environment was protected. Since we don't, I support Indivisible and Field Team 6.

I just submitted my comment telling the EPA to keep our water protections strong. If you care about having clean water (which… I feel like we all do??), please take a minute to send in a comment too. We can’t ignore this. share.sierraclub.org/s/3fLizjCL

The Trump administration is moving to weaken the Endangered Species Act, possibly threatening protections for vulnerable wildlife and opening the door to habitat loss and extinction—even as broad bipartisan support for the ESA remains strong nationwide.

Trump is once again trying to weaken the Endangered Species Act. This law is the last line of defense for animals like grizzlies and gray wolves.

If you care about wildlife, please submit a comment to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Your voice really does matter. share.sierraclub.org/s/ot2pFuaV

This weekend, the New York Times ran a story claiming Sierra Club’s values have diluted our mission. They couldn’t be more wrong. The list of their errors is too long for one social post, but we go over some examples in these slides.

A vote to release the #EpsteinFiles is expected early December!

“It’s past time for Congress to restore its role as a check and balance on this administration. That is why I will sign the discharge petition right now to release the Epstein files — justice cannot wait another day.” — Rep. Grinalva 👏

The Ghost of Epstein Can Bring Down Trump and MAGA.

Donald Trump is a cornered, NYC, sewer rat whose sordid relationship and exploits with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein threaten to unravel not only his Presidency but also MAGA, which is showing cracks.

Mockler: But I do want to say it's not impressive that the stock market is at all time highs. It's more impressive that Donald Trump was able to tank the stock market multiple times via his tariffs. The growth over the past nine months is slower than Biden's last nine months in office.

Today, Mike Johnson will keep the House adjourned for the 94th day out of the last 106.

12 days of work in 106 days.

With full pay and benefits.

The senate has been working, so this is not about the shutdown.

It is about avoiding a vote to release the Epstein files.

Nearly 8 in 10 Americans agree that spending by wealthy donors and corporations in our elections gives rise to corruption — including majorities of Republican and independent voters.
