my hot Jewish take is that most people who clutch their pearls at Kohenet/R. Jill Hammer's teachings and call them "appropriative" and not Jewish have never actually been to a service at Beit Kohenet, nor read Rabbi Hammer's writing, nor listened to her sermons. Its mostly just misogyny, tbh.

I discovered that i might be an Ethiopian Wolf therian recently, but it got put on the backburner while i got used to my newborn :V Now i have some free time again, I can ponder it some more.

i can now happily announce the birth of my first child, Yael, was 2 and a half weeks ago. They were born prematurely and on the smaller side, but are doing okay and are developed and healthy enough that we could take them home after some time in the NICU. It's been exhausting, but im happy.

It just occurred to me how many therians on this site have probably never seen the original coining post for Alterhuman, nor fully understand the scope of the concept? :o

i think that a big part of our Saturn Return has been diffusing and re-finding ourselves (my wife + I) after a whole year of being fused. I think the fusion had to happen to prove to ourselves that it's not our inevitable future as plurans, bc it didn't go well. But now sorting myself out is hard.

finally got to watching Father and wow. Product has really done it again. I need to go back and rewatch their entire catalog now to reconnect all the pieces, because wow. Just amazing. Art that makes me sit in stunned silence afterwards is a treasure.
