This book tells the past but I’m hoping it’s a view to the future.

The story of an overly confident govt calling an early election only it doesn’t turn out the way they had hoped.

Tks to @colindmello.bsky.social for suggesting it!

I heard if you leave a cheque for $100 for Doug Ford's campaign fund under your pillow when you go to bed, when you wake up there'll be a Skills Development grant for a million dollars there.

Vlad has a 1.000 slugging percentage right now. In an average playoff at bat, he is on first base. Ridiculous.

He also has a 302 wRC+, highest ever for postseason with 10+ games played. Bonds' 2002 regular season was 244, for comparison.

FFS, do your job!!! The disdain they have for the Blue Jays is so obvious and they're so lazy. I'm so glad we get Buck and Dan in Canada.
Watching the Fox broadcast and they just referred to Ernie Clement as "a guy no one has heard of"

He's played 434 MLB games. I'm not saying you need to know every MLBer. But maybe, as a broadcaster, act like your viewers may know what product they're watching?
