ICYMI: Ontario’s “contingency fund” just ballooned to $4.5 billion — up $1.8 billion!
That’s money not going to classrooms or hospitals. And ministries can’t even access these funds. They’re tucked away for “future flexibility,” not for the services Ontarians rely on.
