SCHIFF just asked who made the decision to waive Ghislaine Maxwell's sex offender status. Patel says the Bureau of Prisons made the call. Even though the Bureau of Prisons has NEVER ONCE in HISTORY waived someone's sex offender status to move them to a minimum security camp.
