one of the main reasons trans healthcare moved away from strict gatekeeping and toward informed consent & GAC is that trans ppl who were denied the means to transition would simply seek it out elsewhere

We all know the HR answer to this will be don't hire trans people ever. Which won't be much of a change coz it's pretty much what they already do.
HR departments countrywide need to start treating gendercrit employees as potentially hostile. As soon as you are required to interact with one, you dust off the rulebook, you dot every eye and cross every t, and you assume bad faith at every turn.

I do think maybe the factioning of Republicans is kinda the point. They kayfabe "fight" with each other so the Nazis, the center, and all the other little factions keep everyone in the bubble. If you disagree with the misinformation in one bubble, you can agree with the misinformation in the other.

I've kinda had a feel, that the proliferation of gambling culture, oozed it's way out from Citizens United. Money became speech, but you couldn't buy the public, so they built opinion markets that you can purchase, in the hope that the wealthy can use money to influence opinions.
I have come to the conclusion that all gambling should be made illegal again; or at the very least, must all be conducted in person at bookies.
The co-founder of Kalshi says: " The long-term vision is to financialize everything and create a tradable asset out of any difference in opinion."

I got offered a LOT of money to host an official HP podcast and turned it down immediately. I’m assuming since I am not a podcaster that they have an extremely long list of people who have also said no to this. Dunno what‘s going on with the actors but the comics are holding the line lol
Once again thinking about every actor trying to justify taking the money for the new HP series.
