Such an interesting report this, though I was saddened to see that the lit review strategy was such that it didn't pick up a lot of good studies in the heritage sector. Worth a read!

This is indeed a de-flippin-lightful read full of archival sleuthery in pursuit of an important and finely nuanced conclusion that makes a really interesting human more real and human than the archive previously allowed - loved it.
