Being arrested is getting grabbed against your will. It is being handcuffed. It is being led away or perp-walked as we call it. It is being detained against your will. An arrest is an action. You can be arrested and detained for years without getting formally charged with an offense. (Cont)

You can't tell me an Isntreal terrorism alliance with ICE doesn't exist. I just listened to a politician on #AmandasMildTakes who said that local police can't arrest ICE terrorists. That is completely bullshit. Police literally can arrest anyone for anything! The SC gives them that right. (Cont)
