It’s striking how many organisations talk about strategy and culture, yet still struggle with something more basic: trust.

Grok unhesitatingly fulfilled an X user’s request to put a bikini onto the body of ICE shooting victim Renee Nicole Good.

The chatbot, launched by Elon Musk, has been making deepfakes of a lot of other women, too.

There’s something business can learn from jazz.

Musicians don’t improvise by ignoring structure. They rely on shared rhythm, clear boundaries, and close listening, which allows them to adapt together in the moment.

There’s a lot of conversation right now about autonomy, particularly when it comes to AI.

What often gets less attention is the environment that makes autonomy effective rather than risky.

Many leadership teams I speak with aren’t short on ambition.
They’re short on space.

Space for teams to think clearly.
Space to make decisions close to the work.
Space to let value flow without constant escalation.

I’ve noticed something in organisations I work with: work slows down when teams aren’t clear on their mission.

Women having their own earning power is the best thing for advancement of all societies, was something I learned in a socioanthro course.

It's ASTONISHING how much that uplifts...everything.

And shocking how much 'traditionalists' (aka misogynists) are against it because of their power loss.
Joint family: an extended family, typically consisting of three or more generations and their spouses, living together as a single household. A patriarchal system where resources as pooled together and allocated by the head of household.

I love my inlaws, but this would be a hell no for me.
