There is video circulating on social media of a group of ICE agents beating a man near 26th and Nicollet in south Minneapolis, then one of the ICE agents shoots the man while he's on the ground numerous times. A witness can be heard yelling that the victim is dead.

Interesting dilemma. I very much appreciate people pointing out the things that DJT administration can't legally/constitutionally do. That's important.
But I dislike the extent to which some of the same commentators then fail to acknowledge how much they've already done that the "can't" do...

I can't even keep up with the lies in Jim Jordan's opening statement, but I find it interesting that he's complaining about toll record warrants obtained by a judge, while this administration has determined judicial warrants aren't needed to enter our homes.
