Proud Tri Valley millennial. Clinton/Obama New Democrat who’s trying to hard to bring Dems back to sanity in a world where we need it more than ever.
Pinned
I come here because you can mock Elon in peace but FYI my views are center left, a proud Democrat, not that woke and proudly internationalist/Atlanticist. That was my MO to anyone who knew me on Twitter pre 2022 and heck I haven’t changed my general outlook as Trump and woke broke everyone’s brains.
After Elon bought Twitter I quickly realized 3 things:

1. He’s a liar abt free speech
2. He has at the very least piss poor judgement abt who interacts with
3. He seems to amplify a shitload of conspiracy theorists and racists.

The textbook definition of someone radicalized by his own platform.

I still maintain that Elon was radicalized online by the chuds who started being his sycophants around the time he bought Twitter. That said the racism lawsuit and subsequent revelations abt working conditions at Tesla along with rumors I’ve heard prove he’s a terrible boss if anything at least.
racism at Tesla's Fremont factory was the first portent of Elon Musk's future as the world's most prominent racist

this lawsuit dates to 2017
Tesla Inc. will enter into settlement negotiations with the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission over the agency’s 2023 lawsuit accusing the electric-vehicle maker of race-based harassment at its California factory.

Good. As I said before Dems should be saying a version of the following: it should be possible to enforce immigration laws without acting like masked thugs. That’s where the silent majority of Americans are at rn.

As I’ve said before: to understand what RFK Jr is and what we’re up against one has to go into the autism biomed milieu of the turn of the millennium that lied to a whole generation of parents abt why their children were on the spectrum including by falsely blaming vaccines for it.
FDA deletes warning on bogus autism therapies touted by RFK Jr.‘s allies

"The agency used to warn of chelation, used by RFK Jr.’s anti-vaccine ally David Geier."

Nancy Pelosi’s trick was always: split the GOP, keep the house caucus united and work her ass off to win. Hakeem Jeffries learned from the master herself and is applying that same strategy
Hakeem Jeffries got lots of grief for making the shutdown about health care, insisting on a clean ACA extension

Now the House has passed it, and Senate is taking up the issue

Feel like he’s due some credit — and maybe an apology

I’d say Canada is where the center left should look for inspiration given Carney’s approval rating

Also Wittman is vulnerable on the current map
Republican congressmen who opposed Democratic bills to ban gerrymandering nationwide keep complaining about it only now that Democrats in their state may target them with new maps in response to Republicans in Texas, etc.

Nancy Pelosi groomed her successors in leadership well. In both 2005-06, thruout the Obama years and in 2017-18 she knew the magic of exploiting GOP divisions. Some doubted Hakeem and Katherine but they get it.
🚨House Democrats’ discharge petition has 218 signatures.

This is how we fight back for the American people.

Mike Johnson needs to bring up a vote to lower premiums TODAY.

The lawyers are the underrated heroes of this moment
One of the biggest moments of my career:
USCIS canceled my client’s naturalization oath ceremony. We filed a lawsuit, went to trial, and the judge swore him in right there in the courtroom!

That said do house and senate Republicans want his donations? Especially those in districts/states who voted for Kamala or voted for Trump by 5 points or less? Cuz my general sense is that a lot of the goodwill went out the door post Wisconsin.
He's scared. Tesla sales are tanking, California is about to rule that "Full Self-Driving" is false advertising, Starship keeps blowing up, SpaceX loses too much money to IPO, and XAI is burning $10 billion/year for the 4th place chatbot.

It's over, he knows it, and only corruption can save him.

SCOOP: Elon Musk — who threatened to launch a third party and support challengers to Republican incumbents during his dispute with Trump — is now firmly back in the GOP's camp having begun funding Republican midterms campaigns.

The passage regarding Musk vindicates my thesis. It’s clear Susie Wiles likely was the main reason DOGE didn’t attack more of the federal government. Also having someone this powerful have The Realization™ even if the circumstances surrounding it were a preventable tragedy that TSLAQ warned abt.

I’ve long believed the following: a whole segment of celebs/media personalities weren’t truly held accountable for their lies abt the autism vaccine link in the 2000s. Oprah Winfrey being a classic example this due to her platforming Jenny McCarthy many times.
December 13, 2025 at 2:44 AM
If I’m to believe Walter Isaacson’s account of his relationship with Vivian, it seems that he only threw a fit over her transitioning when she cut off contact with him which immediately proved to me that he’s a deadbeat dad who thinks he’s entitled to see his kids even if many resent him….

Tbf my hunch was that there was enough skepticism in Indianapolis to begin with but that that skepticism grew during the fall as the evidence of a bad GOP environment mounted
I think we know who to thank for the failure of Trump's effort to bully Indiana Republicans into passing a new gerrymander: Aftyn Behn, Eric Gisler, and every Democrat who's run in a special election this year.

The GOP saw all these overperformances, and they were right to be scared.

There was woke overreach no doubt but the pendulum has swung way too far in the other direction. The online right are falling victim to brainrot because like 2010s era progressives they think social media is real life.
Pretty sure this tweet would have been career-ending not so long ago.

Everyone slowly becomes TSLAQ every time Elon opens his mouth

Benny Johnson being gay is the biggest open secret in conservative politics.
Benny Johnson appears to be joining his wife in threatening to sue Milo Yiannopoulos (and perhaps others?) for saying that he is bisexual.

The topic of Benny’s sexual orientation has been widely discussed by both conservatives and liberals on this platform and others since 2017.

Elon knows that he’d be exposed for who he is even more if subjected to even some transparency.
December 6, 2025 at 9:45 AM
One of the more alarming facts abt Trump 2.0 is there’s a direct pipeline from Claremont directly to the state department
The Trump National Security Strategy is bonkers in many ways but this objective stood out:

"Cultivating resistance to Europe’s current trajectory within European nations"

Making their strategy of supporting radical right and extremist parties explicit.

They’re hidden because they know the DOGE label is a liability but they haven’t gone away.
NEW: DOGE is far from dead, contrary to recent reporting. Instead, its operatives have “burrowed into” federal agencies “like ticks.”

Here’s what the DOGE crew is up to now:

Dems have to win. That said Shapiro and Beshear feel more authentic (fwiw an overused term IMO)in the electability lane.
Newsom has some strange vetoes/views on environmental policy, trans rights, labor rights, and homelessness that require some serious questions from liberals.

The Realization™️ hit me when I realized Elon was a liar on free speech and clearly didn’t know how to run Twitter. These screenshotted tweets show just how right me and before me $TSLAQ was because a man who intimidates critics and bullies former employees was never a free speech absolutist and….

As if Dems haven’t been fighting for a form of universal healthcare for decades. Medicare for All isn’t the only solution, a public option is probably fine tho what could pass both houses in the coming years is a good question
Janet Mills today: "Whether you call it Medicare for All or something else, I think it's clear the people of the United States deserve a universal health care plan. It's time."

Susan Collins today: wants to reverse a decade+ of Maine law and ban trans kids from sports and bathrooms #mepolitics
