Been playing Wolfenstein 3D and DOOM 1 and the difference between the level design is like how quickly we went from the Wright Brothers planes to walking on the moon

Rewatching Twin Peaks: The Return with my wife. When the Roadhouse scene with this song plays I feel this blanket of calm wash over me. Much of David Lynch's Art feels like it's about living in a World ruled by Darkness, where the Light can't win -- but striving to find points of Light anyway
