Dems have spent the past two months saying they're fighting to address the crisis of spiking healthcare costs and now they're caving for a deal that does nothing to address healthcare costs ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Dear Democrats:

Until you get NEW leadership, I will not be donating to you.

DON'T ASK for support, when, after so much sacrifice, you FAILED to stand strong. You screwed us & are now complicit!

A reminder - last March, republicans promised to restore $1.1B in funding to DC in exchange for funding the government, and Mike Johnson never took it up in the House.

Please don’t think this beltway game of having retiring Dem senators vote yes while everyone else votes no is going to shield leadership from the end result. We see what is happening and can’t be fooled by those games.

NOTE:

(1/3) This handshake deal is for a Continuing Resolution (CR) that would extend government funding only through 1/30/26, with a "minibus" of three full-year appropriations bills that would fund specific programs/agencies, including SNAP benefits, through 9/30/26.

A Senate vote on extending the ACA subsidies is supposed to occur the second week of December, but it is NOT A PART OF THE LEGISLATIVE TEXT.

The Senate still has to debate amendments & then vote for the final language. Then the bill has to go back to the House for a vote on final passage.

There was a time when 90% of Americans would have understood how deranged in every conceivable way a post like this is

I mean if you showed this to any American in 2001 they wouldn't even understand what they were looking at or what sort of deranged creature could possibly speak like this in public

💯 unfit for office.
But still in power, surrounded by bootlickers...🤦

We had presidents resign over less than what this POS insurrectionist traitor and convicted felon has been doing in the past 10 months.

Why was he allowed to run⁉️

It’s hard but DAMN worth it. Hold the line.

Capitulating now puts all that folks have sacrificed to this point in the trash bin.

The ACA is a law that requires insurance companies to allow people with preexisting conditions to have coverage; requires the gov. to make sure that no one/families pays more than 9% of their household income, and requires insurance companies to provide preventative care at no cost & other amenities
