If you’ve been looking for an alternative to funding establishment Dems who are cowards at the end of the day, please look into WFP. This grassroots party has done a significant amount of work over the years to elect progressives and make real change.
That’s why we’ll be working to unseat both Republicans as well as corporate Democrats who have kowtowed to the Trump agenda and replace them with Working Families Party champions who will fight to lower the cost of living and guarantee health care for every family.

No shade to non-fiction lovers and writers, y’all rock. For me personally, though, I feel I learn far more of humanity and the human condition from reading fiction.

Kyle Kingsbury is not a journalist. He is not an op-ed writer.

He is a computer safety researcher.

And he has written one of the most compelling, comprehensive accounts of the ongoing hell in Chicago that you could possibly imagine.

In under 1600 words.

All 8 of these must be forced to resign TONIGHT. Chuck Schumer too.

Not asked. Not demanded.

FORCED.

The next time Cornyn or Cruz listen to their actual constituents over the money that owns them will be the first time, but I hope those of you who have actual humans instead of reptiles as senators will call. Now.
Sounds like the squishes in the senate caucus are ready to pull the plug with no ACA changes. This is real. If you want to register your opinion you shld call yr senator in the next hour. They not only want to reopen w/nothing. They want cover from their colleagues who still want to hold out.

Put the whole administration, right down to the custodians and the construction workers for the ballroom, straight into The Hague. Seize every penny any of them have ever touched, redistribute it amongst the people. Seventy cents of every dollar to those harmed, the rest to rebuild the US.
The Times interviewed dozens of migrant men sent to a prison in El Salvador by the Trump administration. Independent forensic analysts called the testimony credible and consistent and said the treatment met the U.N.’s definition of torture.

This is ACTUALLY the most insane thing that happened today, holy shit
BREAKING: Democrats just broke the GOP supermajority in the Mississippi Senate!

In a stunning victory, Democrats gained seats in court-ordered special elections and will now head to Jackson to represent and fight on behalf of their constituents.

if you didn't follow the VA governor race you didn't know that Earle-Sears ran like a billion anti-trans campaign ads and Spanberger didn't flinch or pull a Newsom.

going all-in against trans people is a losing move, especially when the federal government has made harming and killing us a priority.

As many have pointed out, Mamdani didn't stand apart from our trans brothers and sisters. He didn't play the "Gee, gosh, it sure is complicated," milquetoast moderate card. And he crushed.

The way forward is together, not over the bodies of our own.
