Just nine arrests at the Unite the Kingdom march so far. And Elon Musk broadcasting to the crowd live from the US calling for the downfall of the UK Govt. Last week saw 900 arrested at the Palestine Action ban protest.

Labour has to get a grip. They are giving this country away to the extremists.

‼️What COP30 is carefully not saying:

Despite massive growth in 'clean' energies, fossil fuels still power 87% of our world's energy, ⬇️ from 89% in 2015.

It's why CO2 emissions are still climbing. Why the 1.5c target is dead.

Bottom line: Fossil fuel producing states are not cutting production.

So the BBC is crawling to Trump now. God help us, when is this craziness going to end?

I wish the rest of the world, including us, would just band together & tell him to Fuck Off. Blue states in the US also.

We are no wiser now than the Germans under Hitler.

Why is the BBC expected to apologise over a Donald Trump speech edit?

I feel like I'm one of very few people (apart from climate scientists, biologists, etc) who really get the escalating scale & rapidity of our human assault on Earth ecosystems.

I'm guessing some of you must feel similarly alone with the burdens of heart breaking, mind blowing knowledge?

Hey friends, this inspiring piece that celebrates community and coming together to make life better lifted my heart and restored some of my trust that we CAN beat Reform and have nice things, politically.

Three cheers for Lindsay Whittle & Plaid Cymru! ♥️🔥

i really resent the continued assertion that there’s so much anger on both sides, as if the causes of the anger are equally legitimate. we’re angry because masked maniacs are violently snatching our family and neighbors off the street, and they’re angry because we’re calling them out for it.

Hey people, I just finished a new painting that I'm feeling pleased with! ♥️ Here it is. One of a series, for an exhibition about humanity's relationship with our earth home which is titled Birdsong At Midnight.

I might call this painting No Planet B - something along those lines, anyway...

But do please note that "Affordable Housing" is, in itself, a set of different schemes. And from what I can see about 1/3 of Affordable Houses are sold as "Shared Ownership" - which by all accounts is a nightmare!

I think it's the Intermediate and Social Rent allocations that need to be expanded.

As someone from a council house background who's always rented, the fact I have a low cost private rental flat is down to sheer luck!
