My new year’s version of the chocolate truffle are flavored with earthy, nutty tahini, sesame seed paste, and a bit of sesame oil and finally rolled in black sesame seeds or, as here, dark cocoa powder. These truffles with the hint of sesame, are so special and so delicious.
