Regarding Herzog and Almog, how can our leaders ignore violent crimes, racial hate crimes & incitement to genocide to grant entry permission to these perpetrators when our government claims concern about racial & religious unrest & asserts it’s focused on social cohesion?

It's a good step that the LECC will investigate police misconduct and violence at Town Hall during the anti-Herzog protest. Now we need an independent investigation of the political incitement to violence by the NSW Premier and others.

The ban on Palestine Action, now ruled unlawful, was described as "one of the most extreme attacks on free speech in recent British history." This ban was put in place by a Labour government and a PM who is a lawyer. #Corruption #Tyranny #Gaza #Abuse

The proscription of Palestine Action was unlawful, but we also shouldn't forget that the manner in which the proscription was enforced was blisteringly stupid. Continuing to arrest grandmothers for holding signs was a massive waste of police resources and did nothing to deal with the supposed threat

Ban on Palestine Action ruled unlawful. There are few clearer examples of how no one is free until Palestine is free: if unchallenged this ban would have destroyed civil liberties across the board. Solidarity with everyone who risked years of incarceration to fight it

Everyone with a brain knows that Palestine Action aren’t a terrorist organisation. This approach is bone-headed. It has also almost certainly increased the support for Palestine Action.

Love that the High Court ruled that prescribing Palestine Action as a terrorist group was unlawful but as they also ruled the ban must remain in place until a future hearing, the BBC must remind its reader that expressing support for them will get you arrested.

Normal country.

How many Israeli companies has Starmer been promised positions on their Boards when he leaves govt? A fair question since he complies with the Israeli narrative, refuses to admit genocide, still arms Israel and wants to drop the ban on some of the supplies?

So the Palestine Action ban has been ruled unlawful by the UK courts.

The government knew this would be the case at the time but they were willing to go against the law in an attempt to deny people their human rights.

All to support a genocidal regime who gives them money.

Britain's High Court has ruled that the ban on Palestine Action is unlawful. This is an important victory against Zionist efforts to destroy British civil liberties. The next stage is to hold those British politicians, officials and businesspeople complicit in the genocide to account.
