The ability to wave around a highly classified document and claim, for example, the entire 2020 election is fraudulent and then claim "well I can't show you the proof because it's TS/SCI" is insanely dangerous and gives the ability to weaponize intelligence to irresponsible liars.

There are multiple concerns when dealing with someone accessing TS/SCI material who doesn't understand it. Compromising numerous collection platforms is one. Another big concern here is using material the public won't be able to reference to peddle bullshit without any context.
I’m guessing the downside is exposing the methods and sources that will be revealed in those reports?
