To my followers- I am sorry I can't donate to Gaza accounts at this time. I am disabled, unable to work, & spend much of my life in bed.

Please continue to follow me.

To UK government- we're watching a genocide in real time & you do nothing. This is unbearable. I'm ashamed of my government.

“It isn’t people seeking sanctuary who are tearing our country apart. It’s toxic, racist narratives and the scapegoating of migrants for crises they did not cause.”

Carla Denyer challenges the Home Secretary's new immigration reforms saying they just fuel far-right narratives.

Nature isn’t a “blocker” – it makes our lives better.

Our coast, countryside, heritage and wildlife underpin our food, water and health and put millions of pounds into the economy. The Government must not weaken the laws that protect them.

Covering Jamal Khashoggi's murder was one of the most disturbing things I've worked on. Hearing Trump say he was "extremely controversial" and people "didn't like him" is chilling. Hard to take any other way than he thinks there is moral ambiguity in the murder of a journalist.

And if anyone needs reminding of what actually happened, the UN report is very clear on what was found in the audio recording.

Mood.

I was asked in 2019 What I would say to Mohammed Bin Salman.

I said it then and I’ll say it again— I hope the spirit of Jamal Khashoggi haunts MBS for the rest of his life.

I mean, look, I'm not a reporter, so who am I to talk?

But on a day where the president both just called a woman reporter "Piggy" and is celebrating someone who had people bone saw apart one of my colleagues, I might just be a little ready to defend my colleagues and profession.

But that's just me

Anyone use a Garmin tracker to help w/ #pacing? I just got one and I'm figuring out the Body Battery and other functions. I don't trust it not to push me too hard. I mean, it keeps buzzing and telling me to move.

Mark Bonnar was also recently on Celebrity Traitors, supporting Action for ME — although unfortunately he didn’t win.
Clip from January 2022, @mark_bonnar appeared on Celebrity Catchphrase supporting @actionforme. He explained that he backs the charity because #MECFS is very misunderstood, very underfunded and affects several people he knows personally.
